The RMD3 Web Site images and text represent a likeness of the actual product, and while RMD3 aims at having product which is close to the RMD Web Site images and text. Any purchaser is advised to review product to make sure it meets his/her needs. From time to time there will be variations in products due to any number of reasons (changes/enhancements in manufacturering, product art, product design, etc.) which may differ in some ways from the images and text shown. If a customer is unsatisfied, RMD3 does have a 30-day return policy highlighted in the Terms and Conditions of Sales on this webpage.

Because RMD3 has ongoing product development and you might communicate an idea regarding RMD3's product or product lines for which RMD3 has already taken into or will be taking into consideration, RMD3 has a strict Communciation Policy. How to Order

The RMD3 Web Site ( www.rmd3.com ) is the primary way to place any purchase orders. Orders may be submitted anytime on the RMD3 Web Site except Friday (scheduled downtime for RMD3). There are also documents available for FAX or mail order submissions.

Prices, Payments, Sales Tax, and Shipping Charges

RMD3 makes every effort to present current and accurate pricing on its Web site, but prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to current pricing at time of acceptance by RMD3. If RMD3 finds a discrepancy in the order and the price RMD3 is selling at, RMD3 will email the customer with the option of either accepting the new price or canceling the order at the customers option.

RMD3 accepts all payments through PayPal. RMD3 collects sales tax for California only at the Los Angeles County rate (currently 8.25%). The customer is responsible for any sales or use tax due in the jurisdiction under which they purchase. All shipping, freight, and insurance charges (if and as applicable) are to be paid by the customer.

Currently, RMD3 uses the United States Postal Service for all shipping. Special requests may or may not be accomodated at RMD3 discretion. Shipping charges calculated based on the amount of purchase.

There is a handling charge of $5.00 per order regardless of order size.

Internationally shipped orders are conditional. If an order is received to be shipped to a foreign country, RMD3 may (1) accept the order with no additional shipping and handling charges, (2) send the customer a link to a webpage on the RMD3 Web Site where additional shipping charges must be purchased for the order to proceed, or (3) refuse the order and refund the customer his/her payment.

Availability of Product

Some products are in stock, and some are assembled as orders are placed. If there are out-of-stock items or items not able to be shipped within two weeks from the time the order is accepted, then the order is held until product becomes available. The customer is to be notified via email by RMD3, and it will be the customer’s decision to either (1) wait the indicated time for all items, or (2) ask for a refund for the unavailable portion of the sale, or (3) cancel the sale

Customer Service

If you’ve placed an order, and you have a question or issue to address, please email customer_service @ rmd3.com and submit your matter. All customer service after the initial contact by the customer, is through email communications unless special circumstances require telecommunications, meetings, or other.. Please allow 2 days for a response. If no response after 2 days, resubmit your email. Please include your sales order number (if available) and/or any informatin that would help RMD3 identify the order being serviced.

If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit (1) keep the shipping box, packing material and parts intact, and (2) send email regarding the problem.

Merchandise returns are subject to the terms outlined below (unless your product ordering page differs):

The customer must request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning product. This is done by contating customer service asking for such a number, and the return address.
Returned merchandise can be replaced or refunded at the customers option.
All returns should be made within 30 days of date of sale and be accompanied by the original sales number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Return freight charge must be prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.
Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition
